Terms & Conditions

By placing an online order through our website, you are agreeable to the below terms and conditions:

1. Prices

All prices in our website are stated in Singapore dollars.
The price of any product is (except in cases of obvious error) as displayed in our website. 
There may be additional charges for delivery.
Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have been accepted.
Any discounts offered may be withdrawn or cancelled by us without notice.

2. Payment

Payment must be received in Singapore dollars.
Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer prior to delivery.
Payment must be made by bank transfer or cash upon collection.

3. Placing An Order

You are at least 18 years old (a copy of the NRIC – front and back has to be submitted for verification and record purpose for purchase of controlled products.).
You are purchasing our products for legal purposes.
You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4. Preorders

Down payment (50%) is required for all preorder items and balance payment must be made upon collection/delivery.
Cancellation is not allowerd for preorder once it has been accepted.
We reserve the right to cancel the preorder and refund you the down payment even after your order has been accepted and down payment has been received by us.

5. Normal Delivery

Delivery will be made within 5 to 7 working days upon receipt of full payment.
Delivery will be made only within Singapore except for restricted areas.
Delivery will be at the address in Singapore you have stated in your order.
A delivery charge of SGD 40 is applicable for each location.
A delivery charge of SGD 40 is applicable for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being home at the date and time of delivery.

6. Express Delivery

A delivery charge of SGD 60 is applicable for express delivery (orders that is to be delivered within 24 hours).
A delivery charge of SGD 40 is applicable for rescheduling of delivery due to no one being at home at the time and date of delivery.

7. Returns & Exchange

There is strictly no returns and exchanges for controlled products.
Returns and exchanges are only allowed for defective or faulty non-controlled products.
Returns and exchanges for non-controlled products must be within 7 days after collection/delivery.
Returns and exchanges must be made at our storeroom locarted at 502 Chai Chee Lane, Lock+Store Chai Chee, Singapore 469025.

8. Liability

We exclude all representations, warranties, terms and conditions (whether express or implied by statue, common law or otherwise) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We will not be liable for damages which are not reasonably forseeable arising out of or in connection with your online order through our website.
We make no representation or warranty that any product specified in our website will be available for purchase at our storeroom at the specified price or at all.
Except to the extent required by any applicable law, we will not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of or reliance on any content or information displayed on our website.
We will not be liable to you or any party for any damages, losses, expenses or costs whatsoever (including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, or economic loss or loss opportunity) arising out of or in connection with your online order through our website, or reliance on any information, materials or online services provided at our website, regardless of the form of action and even if we had been advised as to the possibility of such damages.
This exclusion clause shall take effect to the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law.
In any event, and not withstanding anything contained in these terms and conditions, our maximum aggregate liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of the statutory duty) or otherwise arising of or in connection with your online order through our website shall be limited to the price of the products purchased from our website.

9. Data Protection

Any personal data (such as your name, NRIC number, address, telephone number or email address) you transmit to us will be collected, used and/or disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy of this website.

10. Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of our website, or by any other person accessing in our website using your account and/or your personal information.

11. Waiver/Invalidity

Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provisions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of our rights and remedies. The invalidity of any provisions of these terms and conditions shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions supersede all prior representations, understandings and agreements between us.

13. Rights of Third Parties

A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Chapter 53B) to enforce any of the terms of such agreement.

14. Variation

We reserve the right to amend, vary and change these terms and conditions at our discretion without any notice.

15. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore in relation to and/or in connection with these terms and conditions.
